Once upon a time, in the town of Foix…
there were a couple of restaurant-owners, at the head of an establishment that used to be a wine storage house, and that is now transformed into a charming restaurant. 
Very close to the castle, you will discover a charming place, decorated with a very sure taste by Eric and Marie Paule Lemoine.
Seated at adorable round tables in tender colours, you will no doubt enjoy the country-like and warm atmosphere of this dining room, with its large fire place and visible wood that give the place its whole personality.
All in stone and bricks, this rather untypical establishment takes you to a world of its own!
A very passionate Chef composes a spontaneous and season-related kind of cuisine, as charming as the place itself. 
He offers a choice of dishes on an especially composed ideal gourmet menu… the dishes being composed with the technical precision of a professional who knows how to adapt to modernity with subtle simplicity.
Le Médiéval is one of these really charming places, leaving no one indifferent, a place to be remembered for gourmets!
