Le Binjamin, formerly called La Rotonde, is without the shadow of a doubt one of the best restaurants in the region of the famous Futuroscope parc.
It has been the restaurant of choice for a number of stars and famous people (Pink Floyd…), but today the real stars are in the kitchen, working under Pascal Boutin, manager of the place. 
This passionate Chef really cares about giving his guests a pleasant experience in his restaurant; he composes a generous cuisine, harmoniously mixing tradition and creativity.
He knows how to prepare lake fish and sea food equally well, and these truly fresh compositions also leave room for traditional products from our regions (millefeuille of petits gris snails).
Discovering this restaurant also means discovering wines from the Vienne region, the Haut Poitou and Loire regions, going all the way up to Sancerre, passing through Chinon and Quincy.
Pascale Boutin, the sommelier, will certainly give you good advice on how best to combine your choice of food with your choice of wine, in order to let the Chef's cuisine come to its full expression. 
The décor is flowery and calm, the dining room with its circular and elegant shape, along with the private dining rooms will no doubt also charm you.
Pascal and Catherine Boutin's welcome, the warm and perfect service, along with the flavoury cuisine adapted to the seasons, will enchant you and charm you, be it for a romantic dinner, a business meal or a family reunion.
