In Burgundy, there is one unmissable place, ideally
located in a region of vineyards and traditions… Lameloise.
For three generations, the Laméloise family
have had French and foreign gourmets as their customers, on
the little “place” in Chagny.
Their cuisine is closely linked to Burgundy traditions:
snail ravioli in a mild garlic broth, lamb filet with fresh
herbs in a pastry crust or the dacquoise and its pistachio ice
cream from Sicily.
You will no doubt have guessed that most wines
come from the region, and the combination of both is pure bliss…
In the big, calm building with nice smells of polished wood
to it, you will be welcomed by Jacques and Nicole Laméloise
into a tradition of hospitality and elegant comfort. 
The Chef’s cuisine is inspired by French traditions but it
also adds a little something to them; contemporary cuisine in
true respect of Burgundy traditions.
He is always on the lookout for the best products, always
trying to get better to satisfy his guests.
The ideal gourmet menu, specially composed for you or for your
guests is a window out to some of this institution's specialties.
We are far from Paris here, and the prices are reasonable,
including this two-star institution… for everybody's satisfaction!
