Close to the Pey Berland
cathedral hides one famous place, that of Père Ouvrard.
Famous figure of Bordeaux
cuisine, he left the place for the Casset brothers to take over.
A tough succession, a wonderful achievement… 
After several successful experiences in the bassin d'Arcachon,
the two brothers wish to make a name for themselves in Bordeaux

And what better challenge than to take over from Père
Ouvrard!
Regulars were not to be fooled: the cuisine has changed, it
is more inventive but the quality remains unchanged…
With traditional dishes from the Sud-Ouest, Stéphane
Casset shows his know-how and his creativity, proof of a promising
