Now here is a hospital where everyone would like
to stay!
You will most certainly experience a change of
scenery in this old farm, which a few centuries ago used to
provide all of Geneva’s hospitals with vegetables, eggs and
poultry…
It is now Jean-Jacques Noguier who is master
of the place, well preserved and ideally situated, at the foot
of the Salève mountain.
It is an authentic chalet, with balconies on piles and a friendly
atmosphere.
It took the Swiss neighbours no time to understand the interest
of crossing the border, and they sit here alongside businessmen,
local regulars or well informed tourists.
Jean-Jacques’ cuisine
is surprising, since he never hesitates to add a Mediterranean
touch to it, while also being a master at composing with all
the well known local products.
The result is often colourful, sometimes accompanied by juices,
always personalized and exquisite.
Our chef plays around with
crayfish, cheeses or game, for everyone’s satisfaction.
You will get a very warm welcome and will no doubt appreciate
the service in this well known restaurant!
