Hidden away in the Beuvron Valley in a very calm
and green spot, only 10 minutes away from Blois, La Caillère
is a stop for relaxing and enjoying life on the way to the Loire
Châteaux.
This is a former Inn whose main building dates back to the French
revolution.
Now the Guindons have completely renovated it and
it has become a charming gourmet stop.
In a very big and flowery
garden, the restaurant really can be recognized by its warm
atmosphere and its elegant yet simple décor.
The subdued
light in the dining room decorated in warm and happy tones,
the sober paintings on the walls, the delicate porcelain and
the elegant tablecloths, everything here breathes of harmony
and luxury in a subtle and authentic interior.

Jacky Guindon is the passionate Chef we find in the kitchens
and he puts all his talent at your service for a light and fresh
cuisine, a subtle mix of traditional recipes and creative touches.
Mixing flavours and colours, Jacky also knows how to play with
different scents and essences. He is ever daring and invites
you to discover brilliant mixes of flavours that are sometimes
flowery, sometimes fruity, always daring.
