Located in the heart of Provence, l’Oustaou de
la Foun invites you in to this former postal relay dating back
to the 16th century, built in authentic Durance stone.
The Chef is originally from the region, and he wants to transmit
a message from Haute Provence to his guests; his sincerity and
authenticity will allow you to find, in charming surroundings,
a traditional and creative cuisine, with tastes from yesterday
and from today.
The cuisine here is innovative; it is charming for your tastebuds,
and sings the accents and flavours of Provence.
Gérald and Nathalie Jourdan welcome you in two different
dining rooms, a vaulted one decorated with colourful paintings,
the other one with visible stones and beams, typical for this
part of France.
The Chef wished to use the teachings he got from Mr Ducasse
wisely in his native region, and what a pleasure for his guests!
The ideal gourmet menu is composed especially for you, and it
is an ode to the Chef’s compositions, you will be charmed… What
a beautiful Provence!
