Temptation in Cahors can be summarized in one expression: l'O à la Bouche… And there is no misspelling here, these three words just tell a long story about this establishment now famous in the region!
The owners of the place are true adventurers that
you will want to follow!
Jean François Dive is of Belgian
origin and he travelled all over France before deciding to leave
with Florence, who shares his life and his dreams, to live on
a sailboat for four years.
After this adventure, the couple
decides to come back to their origins in Cahors and open up
a restaurant where their common passion can be expressed.
The
bourgeois exterior of this establishment sets the tone for a
place where quality and efficient service are key words.
You
need only enter this restaurant to feel at home there, in a
décor of simple elegance, between visible beams, tasteful
paintings by the excellent Jacques Martinez, an artist from
the region, and the large fireplace giving a cosy tone to this
harmonious dining room.
As for your mouth watering, the true “eau à la bouche”,
well you will no doubt experience that when you see the magnificent
compositions on Jean-François’ menu.
His cuisine is sparkling
and tasty, he is a multi-faceted Chef and he will no doubt enchant
you with his innovative talent.
The fresh and tasty products

comes from all over, both tradition and exotic flavours. The
result is surprising, innovative and delicious!
