Located in the medieval town of Domme, above the pretty valley of the Dordogne River, the Institution here in the region – in the noble sense of the word– is «L'Esplanade».
Step away from the flow of tourists for a while and come admire the Dordogne from these magnificent heights.
This is a traditional family restaurant of the Périgord region, it is well known for serving a classic kind of cuisine, mixing the rich flavours of South Western France with others more in fashion nowadays.
In the kitchen we find Pascal Bouland, member of the Jeunes Restaurateurs d'Europe association, brilliantly carrying on the family tradition and bringing his own creative touch to the place while respecting the flavours that have been the trademark of L'Esplanade for several generations. 
The bourgeois dining room overlooks the valley and gives you a unique and sensational view of the river.
The Chef has composed an ideal gourmet menu especially for you, presenting his most well liked specialties; this little piece of paradise is all yours for the pleasure of your palate, your eyes, all your senses… Enjoy!
