In the heart of the Lubéron region, not
far away from the most beautiful sights of Provence, Hervé
Perrasse welcomes you to his establishment, now very famous
in the region: the Auberge de Cheval Blanc. 
This Inn takes you on a discovery of a sparkling world, a very
subtle mix of daring and traditions.
Let yourself be charmed by this fresh and energizing
atmosphere, by this décor with very varied colours, mild
and round!
As for the mix – surprising but oh so nice – of
furniture from other parts of the world and trendy furniture,
well let’s say one thing: it will touch even the most artist
hearts.
In the kitchen, what could you do but applaud the Chef’s talent
– he used to work at the famous restaurant Yvan in Paris.
He composes a cuisine that is a mix between French
Grande Cuisine traditions, originality and modern flavours.
